The honey filter holds up to175l of honey.
The device is equipped with a 520W heating cable.
All honey filter parts are made of 0.8mm thick stainless steel AISI304.
The wax filtration is done with 4 different size meshes, and the honey flow is adjusted with 4 stainless steel plates.
The honey filter has 3 openings in size 1 ¼“:
- From the first opening at the first end waxy honey comes in from the capping extruder.
- From the second opening at the second end waxy honey comes in from honey extractor.
- Filtered honey is pumped out from the middle opening to the storage tanks.
Honey filter can by equipped with quick connectors for hoses.
You can also add a level sensor to the honey filter (when the specified honey level in the filter rises, the sensor starts the honey pump produced by Asten honey production & technology.
